Being a comprehensive grocery shopping application, it majorly portrays three prime functionalities: customer, vendor, and driver, with a sweeping arena for an admin panel and a vendor panel. Vendors have the liberty to add, list, and update their grocery products with photos and descriptions, along with quick purchase options with live driver tracking for prompt delivery. The platform is devised to simplify grocery shopping by offering an easy, convenient way for users to buy and explore their nearest stores.
Client Requirements
Our client desired a seamless grocery shopping solution in the form of a mobile application that would allow consumers to easily purchase groceries with easy delivery and payment choices. It needed to incorporate data from the nearest vendors, with a proper vendor onboarding system in place for them to join the platform and list their products. It should also have a product discovery section that would enable users to browse, search, and scout relevant options for out-of-stock options. The vendor's side also needed a separate panel for replacing discontinued products or adding new ones. Additionally, this panel needed a tracking and earning calculator, along with a store review outlet to rate their purchases after delivery. Other factors that were a part of the app brief were a smooth checkout process, an order tracking system, real-time tracking, and proactive order allocation to drivers.
