Client Requirements
Sherara approached Hyperlink InfoSystem with the goal of creating an elaborate mobile application that would streamline the entire food delivery process. Their major criteria were a user-friendly interface that was simple to use and explore without being too difficult for non-technical users. A diverse range of cuisines and foods offers individuals a myriad of options for different tastes and preferences. Other criteria included a feature that allows consumers to personalize their purchases with add-ons and special requests, as well as receive live information on their order progress, such as rider position and predicted delivery time. The client also wanted their users to have a bundle of secure payment options encompassing COD, credit cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay. Their requirements were summarised and concluded intending to craft a solution that ensured reliable and timely delivery services and a robust admin panel for overall supervision.
